Teri and I are working together for two years on a massive project restoration in Hallandale Beach Florida. The project consists of four high-rise towers Structural/Mechanical/Elevator, multiple garages, pool structures, plaza decks and porte-cochere structures. This project has multiple engineering firms, scopes of work and contractors involved in a budget estimated at $ 32.5 MM. Teri has been able to communicate with the Board in order to assist with separation of wants and needs for the Association. She coordinates all the consultants, contractors and project deliverables while still fulfilling her duties as a Project Manager. Her role on the project is necessary and appreciated by my entire staff and myself. I whole-heartedly serve as a reference for Teri and do want to recognize her efforts.

I have worked with Teri on an $11M interior renovation project.  Teri was called in after the project was executed to help bring everything back on track and on time. She was extremely knowledgeable in construction design, engineering and execution phases of PM and my team found her to be an invaluable asset to the project.  She worked exceptionally well as a liaison between our company and the board of directors for the association. Teri was able to monittor the entire project, and ensure timely payments to vendors. I ,Norge Arnaiz, one of the principles at Restore Construction Group, Inc first had the pleasure of working with Teri at a condominium in Aventura Florida named Delvista Towers. Our company was hired to re-place the entire pool shell on the Penthouse roof. My first impression of Teri was how well she understood construction and the paperwork associated with it. That truly was a breath of fresh air. My second opportunity to work with Teri was at a condominium in Hallandale Florida named the Hemispheres. More like a small city than a condominium if you ask me. Our company had provided the association and previous property manager with multiple proposals for some time sensitive projects that had been sitting in limbo for nearly a year. As soon as Teri took the helm she grabbed the bull by the horns and made quick work of the situation.
