Teri was the Project Manager of my Condominium while I was a Board Member. I always found Teri to be responsible and exceptionally knowledgeable regarding financial issues.

Teri made it so easy for me as she was so knowledgeable, extremely communicative and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better project manager and would use her again and again.

After working with Teri at multiple projects under different circumstances my take away is that she is an experienced, knowledgeable professional in her industry with a No nonsense get it done attitude.

When Ms. Teri Dattilio asked me to write this Management Recommendation Letter, I was more than happy to do so. Sometimes, you run across an employee who goes above and beyond anything you could ever imagine as a professional. Ms. Dattilio has exceeded my expectations in both property management and project management for our association. She is a born leader, driven with a Type A personality. Her multi-tasking skills are the best that I have experienced, in my years on our condo board.

 I have worked with Mrs. Dattilio in many different situations, such as property management, project management, construction meetings, board meetings, presentations, etc. We have seen our community continue to improve and our projects, that were once at a standstill, coming to completion. Given her experience in condo construction projects, she has an extensive network of engineering companies, construction companies and other vendors, that she can call on for quoting large projects as well as emergency work quickly. 

I think she would be a great asset to any association, property or company. 

With an Engineering background, Ms. Dattilio understands the core elements of keeping it simple, communication, planning and organization. Her thought-provoking process allowed the Board of Directors to come together as a team for the betterment of the project and make solid decisions. She has worked closely with our board and staff to create a community of change. She understands what can and cannot be done within an association.
